Renovation - New England Style

This stunning New England style home was renovated from top to bottom. Selecting a calm, soft colour palette and using it throughout the property gives the space great flow. Walls were opened up and new flooring laid. Custom furniture was mixed with a few existing pieces, and the whole home was accessorized with the neutral and pale blues of the beach. Rustic woods and nautical touches helped enhance the theme, and added character and texture to the space.

Trotwood Port Credit - Interior Design

This elegant Port Credit property required new furniture for its most predominant rooms. Using neutral colours for the main furniture pieces allowed us to bring in pops of colour with the artwork, soft furnishings and accessories. By selecting classic, custom pieces with clean lines, we have created a look that can be adjusted as tastes and colours change.

Staging in Oakville, Ontario

This stunning five bedroom detached home has so much to offer. By bringing in some accessories, artwork and mirrors we were able to give the finishing touches it needed to showcase it fully. The owner’s array of plants were dispersed around the home, along with some green throw pillows, in the family room to really bring the outside in.

Interior Design – Bathroom Renovation

With this beautiful bathroom renovation we started by reconfiguring the layout to better suit the needs of the client. By extending the shower the entire length of the wall and removing the bathtub we were able to install more custom made storage. The client wanted a ‘spa’ like feel to her bathroom, so she could really enjoy the space. We achieved this by selecting natural pebble tiles for the shower floor and glass water effect tiles for the accent on the shower walls. The custom vanity and cabinetry was created by ATD Contractors who did a beautiful job with the entire installation. The mirrored back and glass shelves of the wall cabinet reflect light back through the space and showcase the accessories perfectly.

Interior Design – Bedroom Renovation

This bedroom renovation reflects the owner’s love of the water and nature. By using the vibrant blue colour with the crisp white sheets and rustic finishes, we managed to create the right feel for them in this space. Mixing a variety of styles with the accessories creates interest, and the glass shelving above the custom made cabinetry is the perfect place for showcasing them. The artwork pulls the blue from the feature wall to tie everything together, creating overall a very welcoming space.

Interior Design – Bathroom Renovation

This Lorne Park renovation started by completely reconfiguring the layout of the existing bathroom. By moving the shower to the other end of the room, it allowed for a bigger more luxurious shower that better suited the client’s needs. The freestanding double vanity gave elegance to the room, and the calm grey walls added to the relaxing feel of the space. Adding some finishing touches with the accessories pulled everything together to create this beautiful bathroom.

This three bedroom home in Waterdown with open concept first floor was a lot of fun to stage. I had the client remove all of the existing furniture in the living room and replaced it with light, warm and inviting furniture and accessories. Adding the cream rug created texture, and the glass coffee table and console helped to keep a more spacious look. The open kitchen/dining/family room were all tied together with the help of a few accessories and artwork. The result was a firm sale in 4 days for 105% of asking price.

Balsam, Mississauga - Staging

This charming bungalow complete with front porch, wood burning fireplace and hardwood floors, was a really enjoyable property to stage. Decluttering the home and re-organizing some pieces, gave us a great starting point. By accentuating the existing features I was able to make this home a cozy and inviting space.

Lorne Park - Staging

Staging this stunning custom built home in Lorne Park was a real treat! Dressing the spacious rooms with the right accessories and furnishings helped showcase its beauty. We brought in light bedding, throw pillows, blankets and accessories to accentuate the large windows and high ceilings. Dressing the front foyer with tall blossom branches helps emphasize the staircase and cathedral ceiling.

Staging of one plus one bedroom condo on Lawrence Ave.

By defining the space and keeping the furnishings light, we gave this cozy condo warmth and appeal.

This stunning Lorne Park home offered rich, earthy tones that made it warm and inviting. Working with the colour scheme and furniture already in place, we reorganized and dressed the space to enhance the existing features. Decluttering and depersonalizing the space and adding a few accessories, artwork, soft furnishings and mirrors really helped showcase the full potential of this spacious home.
