Condo Interior Design - Garibaldi Ave

This brand-new condo building in London Ontario had all of the basic items checked off the list, like wall colour and floor finishes. However, what was missing was the correct furniture pieces, art and accessories to turn it from empty shell to inviting home. Keeping with a neutral colour palette and an accent colour of rich, royal blue helped tie the space together, giving a uniformity as you move around the condo. Art was chosen to enhance to blue accent throughout the space and new accessories were mixed with old to make the space feel like home.

Condo Interior Design - The Collegeway

This spacious two-bedroom condo was completely renovated from top to bottom.  The previously dated space was transformed into one of classic elegance and style. A custom kitchen was designed to fit the clients needs with beautiful cabinetry, countertops and backsplash. Both bathrooms were revamped with new custom cabinetry, countertops, faucets lighting and accessories. Engineered hardwood was used throughout the main areas of the space to give a natural flow from room to room.

The owners of this open concept condo needed help defining the space into useable areas. By creating a clear seating and dining area the available space made sense. The owners really liked natural materials, so we included the wood topped coffee and end tables into the design concept. We carried on the nature theme with the unusual lamps purchased for the end tables. The 'bamboo' look worked well with the warm natural colours.
